How we work
From the first physics model to the last line of production code, we build it ourselves. Here's what that actually looks like.
Real fault data is hard to come by on a plant floor. So we model it from physics — bearing fault signatures, vibration profiles, thermal behaviour — and teach our models from there. Less guesswork, fewer nasty surprises.
Three models — a Dense Autoencoder, a Random Forest, and a Stacked LSTM — vote on the health of your machines. Trained on real sensor data, running around the clock, and tuned to catch failures before they happen.
Vibration, temperature, current, voltage — we fuse them into a single health score your operators can read at a glance. No more juggling four dashboards to tell if a machine is happy.
Energy use drifts over time and quietly eats your margin. We watch the patterns, flag the waste, and tie it back to ISO 50001 so every saving shows up on the audit trail.
SIRI/RAMI 4.0 assessments and ISO workflows, automated end to end. We walk your team through it step by step, so audits stop being a fire drill and start being routine.
